Hi.

My OpenCATS installation is working fine (0.9.6) except for backups.

The Attachments Backup works. The Full System Backup appears to complete but the resulting zip file is 0kb and empty.

I'm thinking this is perhaps a permissions problem. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction? Files, users, permission etc?

Hi,

I don't use the backup option - I have a cron job that backs stuff up to offsite. However - this will be running as the web user (usually www-data) so make sure it has r/w access to whatever directory you're trying to write to.
