Hello!

I recently acquired a site that has been running without issue for the last several years. It's running v.0.9.1 (Beas) using the OpenSource license code widely found on this board ending in GYRSQ6. As of Jan 1, 2021, we are receiving a message upon login that the open source key has expired and redirecting to the wizard to enter a license key for CATS Professional.

1) Is there a new open source key that will work post-2020?
2) Is this a version issue to where upgrading (beyond security/features) to 0.9.4 will remedy?

Hi,

We are currently experiencing the same issue on v.0.9.1 (Beas). The license key we are using is the same ending with GYRSQ6.

Even if I click on 'Finish' the same window keeps popping up every time I login.

WhyNot upgrade?

If there's an expiration on the key... I can't speak to that. It was written in 07/08.

There are newer version where the key is removed.

We absolutely plan on upgrading but like any upgrade, it's a process and we have it on the schedule. In the mean time, we were hoping to best understand what to do. I appreciate your help!
